OUR LEADERSHIP
Dr Tshepo David Khoza
Dr Tshepo David Khoza is an accomplished Geoscientist with over 18 years’ experience leading multidisciplinary geoscience teams and delivering research and applied projects across more than 40 countries. Holding a PhD in Geophysics from the University of the Witwatersrand, he has authored several high-impact scientific papers, presented at international conferences, and supervised postgraduate students. His career includes key roles at BHP Billiton, Anglo American, SPECTREM AIR, and the Council for Geoscience, where he provided strategic technical leadership. Dr Khoza is a results-driven professional with broad global expertise and active membership in multiple international geoscience associations.
Ms Phyllis Mbayi Nkhazi
Phyllis Mbayi Nkhazi is an experienced Business and Sustainable Development Strategist who advises organisations on aligning their operations with sustainable growth and value creation. With strong expertise in project management, policy development, data analysis, and resource mobilisation, she has worked across sectors including corporate sustainability, energy, government advocacy, nonprofits, real estate, and agriculture. Phyllis has led impactful initiatives that improve ESG performance, strengthen SME and mining agendas, attract investment, and support innovation. She is a committed, results-driven leader who contributes to both national development priorities and global sustainability goals.
